The app is great and I'm a massive supporter of what Running Heroes do but the app design these days is a disaster: having to log in 5 times (just having to log in at all is poor design in 2019 really), to choose your country 3 times, going round in circles, to land on a poorly designed page that's not even your dashboard, with a cross in the top right corner that... logs you out (seriously, who does that?!?) Please fix and do simple, this is such a great app that otherwise works fine!
Started so well. Offering so many challenges with race places and substantial prizes. And now it's almost just challenges for the sake of it. With minimal prizes. Still offering reasonable discounts, but again, quite a niche variety of things that may not interest a lot of people.
Don't even bother. So broken. Now it's randomly not allowing me to check if I've "won the prize" for challenges I've completed 😤 And three times now it's lost all my info when trying to report the issues via the "Contact us" form. This service was great several years ago. What a shame 😒

The app loads a bit slow sometimes.
The ap atm isn't logging any of my workouts. It stopped logging last Friday. I have un installed and re installed and still it's not logging.
I assume Rinning Heroes is ceased to exist. The challenges have stopped and most of the the offers have expired. Same on website and app.
Edit 2022. Can only assume this app is dead, no new challenges at all so far for 2022. Have conta fed support, where the same Hugo replied. No more challenges.
The app does not work since yesterday
I like the idea but it just logs me out randomly and I can't log in. Just goes over and over the login cycle. I had to log in 3 times today and currently it just cycles back to log in screens. I just won't bother if I have to log in all the time.
